To install djbdns, just do

rpm -Uvh daemontools-0.76-2memphis.i386.rpm \
         ucspi-tcp-0.88-003memphis.i386.rpm \
         djbdns-1.05-001memphis.i386.rpm

If you want to install any of the "run" packages from a tarball, you
need to start with reading dt-run.README.

Those installing any of the "run" rpms should *first* read
dt-run.rpm.INSTALL.

The patched version of the src rpm for ucspi-tcp contains the rss
patch which makes rblsmtpd work with A records if needed.

When I have time, I will write clearer, and more detailed directions.
